Get cozy in the neon-lit haven that is Cordova Tapas and Wine (93 Albert Street). This incredibly cool spot is a great place to warm up with a few glasses of Spanish or French wine, a creative cocktail (Oaxaca Old Fashioned, anyone?), a few plates of delicious tapas (like patatas bravas, and chorizo mac n cheese) and good conversation.

The Roost on Corydon

The Roost (651 Corydon Ave.) is a beautiful and homey cocktail bar. It's the perfect spot to sip on a whimsical cocktail (Slumber Party, Fairy Cobbler, Galactic Daiquiri!) or two paired with fun small plates of food (Big Mac Tofu Steam Buns!) made with local ingredients. The space itself is small and cave-like, located on the second floor of a 110 year old house in little Italy. Its emerald green walls display the work of local artists. It's also vegan and gluten-free friendly!

Amsterdam Tea Room and Bar

Tea infused cocktails and hot boozy teas -- can a bar get any cozier than that? We're big fans of Amsterdam Tea Room and Bar where the staff take a cook's approach to flavour and drinks with teas as the focal point. They whip up delightful tea-infused cocktails and brew spiked cups of hot tea. They even offer tea cocktail flights for connoisseurs. They serve some serious comfort food accompaniments, too, like mussels with fresh bread and gnocchi in sage brown butter. Seating is warm and inviting, just like their menu.

Rose Bar

Rose Bar (2nd Floor, 242 Hargrave Street) is a cozy -- yet chic -- place to relax with a delicious craft cocktail or two, a glass of fine wine, or a pint of local or imported beer. Forget flowers -- if you're on a date, you can surprise your partner with a cocktail embellished by a rose design!
